St. Michael's Summer Camp: Preserving Creation
Our camp program will run from June 23rd — June27th. We welcome campers aged 4-12. Our program this year will focus on the study of Connecticut’s endangered species. We will travel to the Nature Conservancy’s Connecticut Highlands Preserve. The children will be creating artwork on canvas of many of the endangered species they will study. They will vote on the finest painting and that image will be used on a t-shirt that will be offered for sale during St Michael’s fall faire. There will also be a family hike and cook-out at Mt. Tom’s State Park. Campers are asked to bring a bag lunch Tuesday—Friday.
Tuition for the week is $75, some scholarships are available. Please see Mother Jenni or Dana Rohn. For more information or to register, please call the Parish Office at 567-9465.
